"From the moment we walked in, the receptionists treated us like old friends. Not in that rehearsed hospitality way—actually warm. The room itself? Gorgeous. That perfect blend of modern and cozy where you actually want to hang out, not just sleep. But honestly, it’s the people that made this place special. The breakfast team noticed my daughter loved omelette and made sure there was waiting for her the next morning. Little things. But they add up to something that feels rare these days."

The staff made our trip one that we won’t forget and completely spoilt us with birthday treats for my husband and knowledge of the city and recommendations!
