"Locatie intr-o zona linistita dar foarte aproape de zonele de interes turistic, intrarea la metrou fiind in fata cladirii. Pizza, inghetata, supermarket, farmacie, magazin cu fructe proaspete tot ce aveti nevoie la doi pasi de locatie, pe aceeasi strada sau pe cea paralela din spatele cladirii. Restaurant "Cacio e Pepe" micut si simplu dar cu mancare foarte buna la 3 minute de mers. Camera curata, ingrijita si racoroasa in zilele foarte calde. Luca a fost foarte amabil, pt cei ce ajung pentru prima oara va va ajuta cu recomandari si traseul pt atractiile importante. Bucataria la comun, desi practica, poate fi o sursa de zgomot, dar depinde de ce vecini aveti, eu am avut noroc pe parcursul saptamanii petrecute acolo si a fost totul in regula."

"Close to the subway station, area felt safe, plenty of good restaurants in the area. The apartment was very clean, they left 4 pillows for two people which I greatly appreciate."

"The owner, Luca, was absolutely amazing. It was my first solo trip and he took time helping me get from the airport to the hotel and then provided me with some really useful information and a map of Rome. Hotel is a stone's throw from the metro which then only takes max 15 mins to get to the city centre so great location."

"First of all Luca treated us excellently. very attentive, he left a map to guide us around Rome and several tips for restaurants near the accommodation. The accommodation has an excellent location, a very quiet place at night that allows us to rest and is opposite a metro station which allowed us to get anywhere quickly. the room was clean and comfortable. with TV and internet service. Additionally, there is a kitchen area with a refrigerator and coffee machine. breakfast was included and it also seemed good to us"

"The owner was very helpful and responsive and the room was clean and spacious. The location is extremely convenient to Rome Fiumicino (20 min by express bus) and the subway (station right on the block)."

"Perfect location: 0m to the metro station, and within 10 minutes' walk to take the shuttle bus to the airport, which then takes you to the airport within 30 minutes. Warm host with their nice recommendations of where to visit in Rome. Great experience."

"The place doesn't offer leave luggage and there's no facilities nearby, though I ended up visiting a museum and sorted that out. Room is on the snall side."

"La posizione è davvero eccellente, a pochi passi si può godere di tutti i servizi indispensabili per muoversi con facilità. Inoltre la via è abbastanza fornita di negozi, bar... indispensabili per poter godere di una colazione anche a pochi passi. La camera molto pulita e confortevole, munita di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno per un soggiorno senza pensieri"
