"Locația, terasa / restaurantul si mancarea (micul dejun), grădină, vibe-ul, camerele, oamenii."
"N/A"
"Locație într-o zona liniștită, camera curata, cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie (papuci, uscator de par, seturi de igiena, periuta de dinti, etc) Micul dejun este exceptional. Sunt cateva produse pe care le poti lua singur, dar au si un meniu a la cartez din care poti comanda orice, totul fiind inclus. In concluzie merita nota 10+"
"Camera putin prea călduroasă, dar am deschis putin geamul si a fost ok"

"The hotel is exactly where you want to be!! The rooms and common areas are very clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable and fluffy. Breakfast was the best we had in Como. And for us the best part was Debora that made our stay magical by helping us in every issue we had, not having a no for an answer. Very professional, very polite and a reason to go back for sure!"

"The Avenue is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for getting around Como. The staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is great and it’s nice the bistro is also used by other passers by as it gives it a less formal atmosphere than in some hotels. I really liked staying here and would do so again if visiting Como."
"Only a small point but the shower could have better water pressure."
"The owner was amazing. The accommodation and restaurant food was great. Staff are very helpful. The location was perfect. Topped off with the boat ride on Como lake was unbelievable. Thank you, everyone, including the captain. Nicola and Maria"

"Great location Clean and fresh Nice amenities Friendly service"
"Couldn't get breakfast as too busy Bathroom fittings are new but need attention, sink plug stuck, hand held shower button stuck I accidentally took the cheap plastic room key and they called me to tell me they will charge me €30...seriously?that's pointless the entire stay"
"Lovely small hotel, in a great location..... perfect for our long weekend. The rooms were serviced every day and kept spotlessly clean. They offer private taxi transfers and private lake boat exploration trips, which were very informative. Above all, the staff were amazing. From reception to restaurant and all aspects of the hotel. It was a pleasure to watch them working as a team. A very efficient team, thank you to you all"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."

"Excellent staff, very good breakfast, the small indoor playroom for kids was a great surprise, as well the pleasant, heated indoor pool - due to off season, it was only for us."
"The staff were beyond kind! Everything we asked for was granted with a smile. They define customer service."
Richard Antico Borgo Petralia
"Basically everything - the location, the accomodation, the sauna, the host Denis and his communication. I've received all the info needed to get to the accommodation via whatsapp and whenever I needed something during my stay, he responded within 10 minutes."

"Spacious and room. Very generous breakfast. Beautiful view on the mountains."
Paolo Motel Monterosa
"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"We only stayed for one night for a stop over to sleep and shower. Very clean 👌."
