"Location was perfect. It was easy to go to the city centre, by bus or just walk to the Coloseo, Piazza Venezia, Di Trevi... Easy to check in and take the keys. Apartment has very good heating, but at the bathroom is little cold. We are satisfy with apartment."

"Utilissimo e fondamentale per la vicinanza al Policlinico Militare, ai mezzi pubblici e comunque al centro di Roma. Alessia,di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Check in e check out spiegati in modo scrupoloso,non si può sbagliare. Di sicuro dovrò tornarci e quindi avrà la priorità nella scelta.Avendo con me una persona anziana con deambulatore,non ho avuto difficoltà. Pochi i gradini da fare e poi ascensore."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
