"Staying at this family-run hotel in Wadi Rum was a truly special experience. The owners' hospitality makes us feel instantly welcome. Our room was surprisingly spacious, a real treat considering the stunning desert landscape surrounding us. Waking up to that breathtaking sunrise view was an absolute highlight! Plus, the host organized a fantastic program that really allowed us to immerse ourselves in the magic of Wadi Rum. And let's not forget the dinner! The Beduin-style meal was absolutely delicious, a real taste of local flavors that perfectly complemented our desert adventure. The owner truly went above and beyond by organizing a fantastic program for us in the desert. It was a real highlight of our stay and a wonderful way to experience the beauty and culture of Wadi Rum."

While our stay had many highlights, it's worth noting that the hotel appears to still be under development. We observed some buildings that seemed to be in the early stages of construction and looked unfinished. Additionally, we encountered some water on the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

That my vacation finished wish could stay longer

"Yöpaikaksi sopiva, hivenen karu mutta mukavasti vanhentunut majoitusrakennus oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Sopivasti sivussa hälinästä, oli rauhallista ja pysäköintitilaa oli riittävästi."

Se oikeastaan saatiin mitä tilattiin. Ainoa mutka matkassa oli lukittu ulko-ovi mutta tekstiviestillä saatiin ohjeet nopeasti.

"I felt at home from the very first moment at Tara Guest House. The family is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to organize all my trips both around town and further afield. They are very knowledgeable and always happy to help with anything. It also meant a lot to know that the funds from the guest house support a school for the local community. I would 100% recommend staying here."

"All was lovely, the food was particularly good and a pleasant surprise after some of the restaurants we had eaten at on our trip. The cottage was great, the linen very good, the swimming pool a great asset."

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

"Am fost întâmpinați cu plăcere de personalul hotelului și ne au oferit tot suportul necesar..hotelul miroase incredibil de bine asta ne a depășit așteptările..paturile confortabile și în camera ai tot ce îți trebuie pentru un concediu reușit! Recomand!"

La micul dejun ar trebui introdus și ceva European cel puțin când aveți cazați din zona respectiva..a fost ok și ce am avut dar parca ne ar fi bucurat ceva mai mult.. La camere ușile nu anticipează bine..am avut niște vecini tineri care se tot mutau de la o camera la alta și făceau gălăgie dar nu a fost decât o noapte..a trecut repede 😁

"It's a lovely and very cozy place wirh very good food from Maria, the Chef. Karin, the owner, ist always there to help you. Especially in posh resort Vichayito it's a place that makes you feel welcome and is down-to-earth. There is a different delicious Menu del Dia every day."

"Simply great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and clean and comes with a water dispenser and a good functioning AC. An ATM and the ferry to Caye Caulker/San Pedro are right around the corner."

"The apartment is spotless and incredibly well-kept. The bedroom and bathroom are huge—honestly, it’s one of the most spacious bathrooms I’ve ever seen, and the hydromassage tub was a fantastic bonus! It would be perfect for families . The host is absolutely amazing; he went above and beyond by storing our luggage and even driving us to the city center. He was so helpful with everything."

"Our self catering apartment was in a good location. Places to eat are near by. Facilities were basic but adequate for our stay. Towels were lovely and soft, the room was clean, the shower was good and the a/c was efficient. The staff at reception were very friendly."

Pillows a bit lumpy but we still got a good night's sleep.

"O locație foarte frumoasă, cu o curte mare, noi am parcat chiar în fata apartamentului. Au piscina și un restaurant în față unde se mănâncă chiar bine și preturi rezonabile. Am avut închiriat un apartament cu un dormitor, spațios și curat, saltelele confortabile, ne-am simtit foarte bine. Recomand!"

Singurul mic minus as spune ca a fost lipsa unor tacâmuri și vesela. Bucătărie este, dar nu am avut nici măcar o linguriță. În rest nu am nimic rău de spus

"Am fost cazați o noapte, fiind în tranzit. Gazda amabilă,, ospitalieră, sociabilă. Am apreciat curățenia, căldura, apa caldă, cafeaua și ceaiul de dimineață."
