"Excellent property! Clean, comfortable, affordable and really well located, next to the MTR and bus stop. Communication between the host was quick. Self check in and out. HIGHLY recommended!!!!"

The lift to floor 13 is busy, just remember when catching the airport bus.

The location was good but slightly far from Taipei Main station. Even snacks were kept for the guests which were not seen in any other hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

Weddings on weekends. If you prefer peace and quiet, make sure you don’t book over the weekend.

As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. "All was lovely, the food was particularly good and a pleasant surprise after some of the restaurants we had eaten at on our trip. The cottage was great, the linen very good, the swimming pool a great asset."

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

You cannot walk to the beach. Taxis are expensive.

"Great location. Room has a nice view of the city. Easy self check-in process which they explain via videos they send on whatsapp. Communication with the staff via whatsapp was also easy and fast."

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)
