"The property was as described, the cottage was decorated with traditional items and vintage possessions that add to the traditional rustic decor. The kitchen has original fixtures that were fine to use. The cottage stay was interesting and not an experience you could find everywhere."

"The house TV was on the smaller side, and it could have used a tv in the side bedroom. The village the cottage is in is very small and limited."

"The location is great, centrally located in Sneem but off the busy Kerry Ring road. It's an easy walk to all the restaurants, pubs, church, stores,and parks in Sneem. The house exceeded my expectations. It is every bit as nice as the photos show. We were a family of four adults and two children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms (3) are large. The whole house is decorated very nicely and it was great to be able to relax in the family room with expansive views of the surrounding hills. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the dinning table easily fit all 6 of us."

"Gortamullen House is a beautiful tranquil stay. Margaret, our host, was an absolutely lovely lady & very warm & welcoming. We loved our continental breakfast with gorgeous homemade brown bread, beautiful warm croissants, a pot of coffee & beautiful fresh fruit salad, yogurt, muesli (& porridge if we wanted) & lovely hot toast. We were very satisfied with ourselves after finishing our breakfast. Her bedroom & ensuite were very restful & bright. The character of the house is traditional farmhouse, was so bright & inviting & a lovely calm place to stay. We loved it. We'll definitely go back again. Thank you for looking after us so well.
