"Ocean Lodge B&B is beautiful, located in a stunning area, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Mónica was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help. The stay was great, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a beautiful, peaceful place."

"The host is very friendly and welcoming, the location great - it is near to the Connemara National Park and the Abbey. The room is nice, warm and clean. We could check in late (~22:00) due to our arrival. The breakfast is nice, everyone can find something for themselves including gluten free options (fresh self made pancakes), plant milk, different cornflakes and eggs with bacon."

"I was taken aback by the host, after a very long day travelling on the motorcycle’s, on arrival, the host asked if o was Stephen and said are you paying now or in the morning, not any welcoming pleasantries. I did wonder if this is because we were bikers."

"Josephine and Pat are wonderful hosts and really make you feel at home. Beautiful accommodation which is clean warm and comfortable. There is a good selection of breakfast but my favorite was the Irish breakfast. Lot to see and do and eat in Gort and an amazing Abbey across the road. Highly recommended."

A wonderful historic building that maintains its atmosphere whilst incorporating modern, clean bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen.
