Near the picturesque Lough Atalia, Abbey Lodge offers boutique bed and breakfast accommodation, just a 15-minute walk from Galway city centre, with its many shops, bars and univers culinars. There is free parking on site. Abbey Lodge is a 10-minute drive from to the Salthill area, with its promenade and beaches. It is also within close proximity to the departure point of tours around Connemara, the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands. All comfortable rooms have en suite facilities, with a TV. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. For guests who would like breakfast, it is served in our sister property 400m towards Galway City centre. Full details of which will be provided on check in.

"I really liked that there is a kitchen, kettle, hairdryer...all the amenities"
"The staff knocked on the door before check-out, saying that cleaning was supposed to be done. But I know that check-out is until 11:00 a.m. The towel near the sink is all in yellow stains. I laid it under my feet."
"It was a nice stay, great breakfast that you can have really early to get for morning trip. Not far from city center. Nice having real kitchen and fridge and all you can need as good restaurants can be fool."

"Location was great, we walked into town with no issues. The greyhounds were close by for those interested, we had a great night there. The BNB itself was fit for purpose, clean and safe."
"All three nights of our stay were interrupted by guests coming back at 2-3am, speaking loudly and clearly intoxicated. While this wasn't a huge issue for us it was getting annoying by the third night, particularly as it was a Sunday night."
