Villa Neda este stabilită în orașul de coastă Makarska, într-o zonă liniștită, fiind înconjurată de vegetație mediteraneană. Oferă Wi-Fi gratuit, garaj securizat gratuită și o grădină cu facilităţi de grătar. O plajă cu pietriș se află la 300 de metri. Toate unitățile de cazare au aer condiționat, TV prin satelit și chicinetă complet utilată. Baia privată are duș și articole de toaletă gratuite. Toate unitățile au un balcon. Un magazin alimentar este la doar 20 de metri, iar mai multe punct de alimentațiee se găsesc în centrul orașului, la 500 de metri. Plaja din apropiere oferă facilități sportive, dar și univers culinare și baruri. Centrul oraşului este la câteva minute de mers pe jos, de-a lungul promenadei de pe litoral. Aici, oaspeţii se pot înscrie la tururi turistice și excursii de o zi la Dubrovnik, Insula Hvar și Split. Parcul Natural Biokovo oferă numeroase oportunități de drumeții. În centrul orașului există o stație de autobuz, iar Aeroportul Split este la 70 km. Serviciul de transfer de la/la aeroport este disponibil la un cost suplimentar.

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Neda. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking sea view — we enjoyed spending time there every day. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and the center of Makarska. Parking was convenient, and everything was very well organized. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we would be happy to return!"

"Wonderful apartments on a quiet street in Makarska. There are shops and bakeries nearby. The sea is easily reached on foot in 8-10 minutes. The road from the beach goes up a little bit, but the slope is small. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker. You can cook your own food, there are all the necessary utensils. The apartment is very clean. The owners (Tomislav and his wife Źeljana) help to solve any issue. On the first day Tomislav showed us the best places to visit on the map. His recommendations were super."
