Vila Leoni este implantată deasupra plajei populare Banje, la numai 400 de metri de renumitele ziduri Dubrovačke gradske zidine, care înconjoară centrul vechi. Proprietatea se află într-o casă tradițională din piatră și oferă unități de cazare la modăe, cu WiFi gratuit și aer condiționat. Toate unitățile de cazare oferă chicinetă utilată, cu zonă de luat masa, zonă de relaxare și baie privată cu duș. Acestea sunt dotate cu mobilier în culori vii, TV cu ecran plat și seif.
