În centrul istoric al orașului Rovinj se găsesc numeroase opțiuni de luat masa și cumpărături. De acolo, transferuri frecvente cu barca duc oaspeţii la Katharina şi la Insulele Sf. Andrea, unde se pot bucura de plajele naturale, intacte. Staţia de autobuz Rovinj este la numai 500 de metri. La Pula şi la Insulele Brioni se poate ajunge în 40 de minute.

"Parking was convenient in front of the house with shade roof. Rovinj center is just a 10-15mins walk with the restaurants, bakeries and stores on the way. Big super market only 3 mins drive away.. The area was quiet and we had the basic amenities in the apartment. We appreciated the lotion, shampoo, AC and nice towels."

"Apartment is well equipped, breakfast was very good, fresh food, scrambled eggs, croissants, ham, prosciutto, cheese, muesli, yoghurt, milk, good coffee machine, fruit... An absolute plus because I did not have to walk around and look for food in the morning. Location is very good as well, easy to find and just a 2min by car to old town, there is a covered parking in front. Owners and staff are very friendly and kind."
"I stayed 2 nights mid December, it was cold outside and house was not heated because it is low season. So first night I could not sleep well because of cold. The following morning I was provided with a proper electrical heater and the problem was resolved. Next time I would ask for it immediately."
