Stipe Residence este o pensiune administrată de o familie din Podstrana care oferă unităţi de cazare centru de înfrumusețareţioase, cu aer condiţionat şi balcoane mari cu priveliște la plaja cu nisip alb. Podstrana este un orăşel turistic aflat la numai 7 km de Split, care oferă o ambianţă mediteraneană, marea limpede şi albastră fiind poziționat strategică la numai câţiva paşi de camera dvs. Puteţi începe ziua savurând micul dejun pe balcon, în timp ce admiraţi razele soarelui reflectate în apa mării. Și, puteţi să vă pregătiţi singuri mâncarea în bucătăria proprie, folosind ingrediente proaspete locale. Dacă preferaţi să luaţi masa în oraş, punct de alimentațieele şi hanurile locale oferă cele mai gustoase specialităţi naţionale. Având plaja atât de aproape, puteţi să practicaţi cu uşurinţă numeroase sporturi nautice. O altă opţiune este să vă aventuraţi ceva mai departe şi să exploraţi obiectivele turistice din oraşul vechi din Split. Aici puteţi vizita muzee și expoziţii şi puteți participa la festivalul verii din Split.

"Not a case of what I didn't like but there is a bit of a hill up to the accomdation from the main road, and if your staying in the loft theres about 3/4 sets of stairs to climb but well worth it for the views!"

"The driveway and bed was unpleasant but was okay.cost €15 to get Uber into Split so a bit far away but also meant we weren’t in bustle. The morning traffic is severe into Split though so when you have morning bookings this can be hard."

"For a large group of people, our 4 person apartment at the ground floor served as an excellent meeting point. We thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the easy bus transport to and from Split. Hosts were very flexible and kind!!"

"Everything, staff was extremly helpful, the proximity to the beach, there are bakery and grocery store around the corner and few restaurants at the beach. View from the balcony was amazing."
