Oferind acces gratuit la internet WiFi, reşedinţa Cosmai a fost renovată în 2015 şi se află la doar câţiva paşi de mare. Este conectată la centrul vechi din Dubrovnik, protejat de UNESCO, cu linii rapide de autobuz. Găzduite de clădiri din piatră autentice, camerele sunt dotate cu aer condiţionat şi acces gratuit la internet WiFi. Oaspeţii pot utiliza un lounge comun şi o bucătărie cu şemineu. Există orizont la mare. Oaspeţii pot face o plimbare până în centrul vechi din Dubrovnik sau pot face jogging de-a lungul promenadei frumoase din faţa reşedinţei Cosmai. În apropiere aveţi la dispoziţie diverse activităţi de plajă şi sporturi nautice, inclusiv scufundări, precum şi terenuri de tenis şi de fotbal, iar în zonă există şi centre de wellness. Aflat la 10 minute de mers cu autobuzul, centrul oraşului este plin de locuri istorice, muzee şi biserici vechi. Oaspeţii proprietăţii pot rezerva excursii cu barca la insulele Elafite, care includ picnicuri cu peşte, safari off-road, drumeţii cu ghid şi alte excursii. La cerere, este disponibil un serviciu de transfer de la aeroport.

"Camerele bine întreținute, curate, dotate corespunzător Locația este una foarte bună, aproape de restaurante, de stația de autobuz si de plaja(10 min de mers pe jos) Camerele sunt prevazute cu loc pentru gatit Cafea din partea casei Terasa unde se poate servi micul dejun si se poate sta seara Gazda foarte primitoare si de ajutor cu multe informatii Loc de parcare in apropierea locației"

Aproape de centrul vechi dar de ajuns cu autobuzul în 10 minute. Gazda foarte ok, ne a oferit o mulțime de informații despre deplasare, restaurante, pass uri pt vizitat, plaje, etc. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost una foarte bună și prompta."

"Marko was very welcoming and happy to give lots of information. He always checks that his guest are comfortable. There is a little kitchenette which is useful for drinks and making breakfast. It is even possible to cook there. I could see the sea from my little balcony. The beach is a 12 minute walk away. I loved a quiet morning swim. There is a lovely restaurant opposite the apartment. The old city of Dubrovnik is easy to reach by a 10 minute bus ride."

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"The rooms were very clean and the balcony was overlooking the beach. You have Restaurant’s a few feet away. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away , it is a little pricey but I suggest you stock up on essentials before you arrive. The beach 🏝️ is a few steps away and the water is amazing. Small shops along the waterfront include a small bakery stand, fruit stand, icecream and crepes, restaurants and 3 shops with all the beach essentials."
