Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Recomandarea, ca locatie de servit masa, a localului Cafe Kale. Sub asteptari si recomandari: murdar, personal nesimtit si mancare care nu face banii.

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

"Room size, easy checkout and checkin, polite staff, and the different restaurants they have."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

Puțin îngrijită /modernizată și ar trebui o atenție mai mare din partea managementului pentru aceasta și personalul acesteia.

Pe parcursul sejurului atmosfera a fost una foarte buna si am avut parte de indicatii si sugestii foarte bune pt vizitarea orasului Helsinki! Cu siguranta recomand aceasta locatie, iar cand voi mai reveni la Helsinki voi alege tot Finlandia Park Hotel"

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Hotel cu plaja privata, cu panorama dubla: mare si oras, camere mari cu balcon cu peretele spre balcon din sticla, paturi late si confortabile, cu canere izolate fonic, curate, personal amabil, piscina cu apa de mare, sezlonguri noi saltele confortabile. Revin cu placere la acest hotel, dovada ca am fost clienta hotelului in cinci vacante."

Mi-ar placea ca halatele de baie sa nu fie o marime unica.
