Mainly that the experience does not correspond with the price, which would fit a 5-star hotel. Here everybody’s friendly and they try their best, but it feels like it’s the first time they are being a waiter, a host etc.

"Toata cabana a fost foarte faina, am avut o cabana cu hot tub privat cu apa la 35-36 grade. Ne a placut ca era mai retrasa iar in stanga cabanei erau doar copaci. A fost foarte bine utilata, puteai sa si gatesti acolo ca aveai cu ce. Pozele nu mint, asa ca va puteti baza pe ele."

Wifi worked properly in all the rooms and TV had lots of channels. there was kitchen stuff that I could use and everything worked perfectly"

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. "Location (sloths/dolphins everywhere), lovely community feel with meals together, rustic element to it, amazing food, reasonably priced beers!"

Owners not there so being run by backpackers/chef - meant little things were missed. Boat to get there is very overpriced.

"The camp is very luxurious, big and clean tent, the set up is spectacular, the dunes are just in front of the camp. We were a family with a small kid and the place was very accommodating, the staff very nice. We have been served with so much food! The driver who takes you for tours in a 4x4 are very very nice , and the tours are really worthy!"
