"Everything was perfect! In real life, the house is even better than in the photos. It has four floors and a very interesting layout. Very cozy, with a lot of attention to details that make the stay comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view from the roof is wonderful. Communication with the host was instant whenever I had any questions, and he was always ready to help. I will definitely come back here again. I’m delighted!"

"A fantastic place. Quiet and peaceful at the end of a canyon. The villa has absolutely everything. You can have a dip in the pool, do a big bbq, explore the nearby canyon or just relax at one of many cozy places. Olya and her family are perfect hosts, very good communication and so nice! We stayed one more night than planned because we loved it so much."

Від будиночка веде стежка вгору пагорбом, звідки відкриваються захопливі краєвиди на гори. Усередині будинка є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також решітка та шампури для мангала. Доречі, навіть можна замовити доставку їжі з ресторанчиків поблизу. Стосовно обігріву приміщення: є і обігрівачі і камін. Господарі не турбують, але завжди на зв'язку. Окремо в нашому серденьку залишився справжній господар території - німецька вівчарка Харді, пес водив нас місцевими стежками наче екскурсовод, супроводжував усюди і навіть дуркував з нами із задоволенням. "The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"Just a 15 min walk into town for cafes and shops. Well resourced for essential items. Good to have fans in every room"

Slightly noisy neighbours late at night.

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"This property was very well maintained. It was very easy to find and our host was very accommodating for us. Each room had functioning air-con (which was a life saver) as well as the main lounge area. All the facilities were well maintained. The highlight was the bathroom. It was very spacious and nice cold water to cool down."

A microwave is very necessary. I didn't see an iron box either but I didn't ask whether there was one. The deserted bushy stretch of the road from the main road is scaring especially at night.

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

"It's a wonderful place to stay with a family. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. And at the same time, in quiet area away from railway.
