Gianna Suites este o proprietate fermecătoare, cu curte tradițională și spațiu de înot în aer liber, situată într-o zonă liniștită din Fira, la doar 500 de metri de piața principală. Gianna Suites oferă dormitoare confortabile, cu balcon privat și TV cu ecran plat cu canale prin satelit, construite în stilul tradițional al insulei Santorini. "Domnul de la receptie a fost foarte amabil,am ajuns in jur de ora 08:00 dimineata,camera a fost gata mult mai devreme(12:30). Pana ne-a pregatit camera,am putu lua micul dejun,am stat la piscina si am putut lasa bagajele la receptie. Am primit chiar si prosoape de plaja pentru piscina. Ne-a explicat cum putem circula pe insula,ce putem vizita,unde putem manca bine si ne-a dat orarul autobuzelor. Este foarte aproape de centrul Firei,la 15 min de mers pe jos. Mic dejun delicios,camera curata,moderna,prosoapele si lenjeria au fost schimbate zilnic. Recomand cu mare drag!!!"

"The location,cleanliness and breakfast choices were fantastic! Staff changed the bed everyday when doing room which was lovely as well as going out of their way to get some gluten free breakfast items for my friend who is coeliac. We also enjoyed the company of their very friendly cat Johnny!"

"- Locatia excelenta; - Am putut inchiria masina chiar din incinta hotelului la un pret foarte bun (nu au perceput garantie) - de vizitat Chania, portul venetian si orasul vechi cu stradute colorate/ de vizitat lacul Kournas care este la max 10 min cu masina si unde se pot inchiria hidrobiciclete - Mancare variata, foarte buna. - Plaja foarte frumoasa, nisip fin - Trenuletul zilnic de la hotel la satul din apropierere si catre lacul Kournas - Piscinele, animatorii - Foarte utila aplicatia hotelului - Resort mare, foarte frumos amenajat; potrivit ptr familii cu copii"

Μας πήρε τηλ να μας καθοδηγήσει,έφερνε ξύλα για το τζάκι κάθε απόγευμα,ευγενικότατη,τα είχε ολα στην εντέλεια,πρωινό με φρυγανιές,καφέ,τσαι,μελι,και καλοσώρισμα.Ακόμα κ όταν ζητσαμε κάτι που είχαμε ξεχάσει να κραταμε μαζί μας (Ένα καλώδιο σύνδεσης ) Προσφέρθηκε άμεσα και μας βρήκε,και ειδικά εορταστικές μέρες που όλα ήταν κλειστά στην πόλη."

"We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely fantastic, and the private, nomadic-style beach is a true hidden gem. The pools are great as well. The whole place feels peaceful and secluded, perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast and the restaurant menu were both excellent. There are renovated and non-renovated parts of the hotel — we stayed in the latter. Even though it’s a bit older, it was clean and comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!"

It is not far from Lefkada, about 20 minutes by car. The host is very nice and even left some snacks for our breakfast on the first day. The bakery is next door, which is also very helpful."
