Motelul Diethnes este amenajat într-o clădire neo-clasică frumoasă din centrul Atenei. Gara centrală şi staţia de metrou Larissis se află la numai 100 m. Reședință Turisticăul pune la dispoziţie Wi-Fi gratuit, saună şi o grădină pe acoperiş, care oferă o perspectivă minunată. Fiecare cameră este dotată cu aer condiţionat, TV prin satelit şi frigider. Toate includ, totodată, baie proprie cu duş şi uscător de păr. Oaspeţii îşi pot începe ziua în grădina de pe acoperiş, unde este servit bufetul de mic dejun à la carte american. Barul oferă o varietate de cafele, gustări, băuturi şi deserturi. Muzeul Național de Arheologie din Atena se află la câţiva paşi. Loc De Ședereul este așezat în apropiere de zona comercială Plaka şi de piaţa şi târgul de vechituri Monastiraki, de unde vă puteţi face toate cumpărăturile. La siturile arheologice puteţi ajunge cu uşurinţă, luând trenul din gara Larissis, aflată la numai 5 minute de mers pe jos.

"Very close to Athens Gare Centrale so all places we needed to go were easily found by metro. The hotel is well presented, maintaining a charming art deco feel. The room had a small balcony and fresh air with comfortable bed."
"The bathroom is tight (and we are both of slight build), so took some getting used to… Nowhere to boil water and no sink plug. The 10 Euro breakfast is meagre: better to enjoy the strong coffee at the station buffet. Next time we would pay a little more to avoid some of the back streets of this area."

"Breakfast was a slightly odd experience- the place was completely deserted, there was cold coffee and some of the yoghurt seemed to have gone off... The area around the hotel is okay, not the best place to be alone at night but there were no issues with the hotel itself."

"Room stunk of cigarette smoke and some horrible odour masking scent. It was sickly and all my clothes and hair stunk of it later. Air conditioner didn’t cool lower than 26oC even though it showed much lower on remote. There was barely room to open my suitcase in tiny room. Tiny shower with only hand-held head was awkward. Toilet seat was broken and moved when sat on. Reviews talked about rooftop bar ‘not to be missed’ - but it’s for breakfast only (which was decent). I wouldn’t eat at the local restaurants, but grocery store nearby was good value. Staff seemed very jaded, I felt sorry for them."
