Good value for money, you've got everything you need: comfy bed, kitchen with utensils +pot&pan, seating area washing machine and a sofa with table, towels&soaps are also available. strong AC! Yes, it is souterrain but the pictures show everything in real, very honest photos here on booking! self check-in and check-out. The host is very responsive with messages via booking, thanks for that, unfortunately never showed up ."

Рядом маленькие магазины, кофейня, Макдональдс и продуктовый побольше, а там уже и транспортный узел с метро и автобусами. В начале улицы обменник. При этом сама улочка достаточно уединенная и уютная."
"Подвальное расположение под подъездом имеет пару минусов: вы всегда слышите когда кто-нибудь ходит по лестнице, а так же подвал это некоторая прохлада и сырость. Первая проблема на страшна: ночью никто не топал, а вторая решается кондиционером в режиме отопления. Да и в жару наверное это будет даже плюс."

"Место трудно найти: адрес без указания номера дома. Душ без шторки, совмещённый санузел постоянно был мокрым после душа. Раскладное кресло-кровать - 2 пуфика и жёсткий деревянный подголовник на 10-15 см от пола, бельё не оставили."
