"House itself was impressing and well maintained. Spacious rooms and common areas. The host was really helpful and supportive - we got room upgrade free of charge (many thanks for that!!!)"

"Absolutely first rate for price charged. There is a kitchen for your use complete with fridge. A store is 5 minutes walk away with everything you need for an overnight stop. I was able to park my motorcycle in the garage under the house which was great. The bed was very comfortable and I finished up getting 9 hours sleep which is unheard of for me!"

"The owner lady sent us a welcoming message after booking, using our own language, Finnish. When we arrived she showed us the shop and came there with us. We could have stayed there for 24 hours after arrival (we had booked the room for one night). The house and the room looked gorgeous. There was a grand piano in the living room, and the hostess asked me to play it. The athmosphere was cordial. I warmly recommend this place."

"Very nice and clean house in Gori. The property is run by a lovely lady and she makes sure you have a pleasant stay. The room is huge and so is the bathroom and kitchen. I recommend staying here with a local if you are visiting Gori."

"Идеальные аппартаменты за свою цену. Было комфортно и работать, и отдыхать. Было чисто и имелись все необходимые вещи для аренды на пару дней/недель Общение с хостом Светланой тоже было отличным. Отдельно хочу отметить освещение в квартире - его не всегда хватает в апартаментах краткосрочной аренды, а тут было множество источников света) Близко ко всем локациям, в какую бы сторону не пошли"

"We loved staying at sada guesthouse! The hosts are very welcome and accommodating. We were also able to order dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean, cosy and warm even on a cold night. The location is perfect, so close to the caves and with marshrutka drop off and pick up right at the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very relaxing garden by the river, short walk to the sulfur pools and a bit longer walk to the upper vardzia nunnery. Great place to explore more of Vardzia than just the caves."

"The apartment is in a great location, with a spacious balcony and a beautiful view. The rooms have comfortable beds and a nice shower — it was pleasant to stay there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the downside, the kitchen is outdated, and there were ants and green bugs (shield bugs) in both the kitchen and rooms, which we had to deal with regularly. With an updated kitchen and better pest control, this place could be fantastic. For now, it’s a mix of great comfort and some practical inconveniences."
