"Everything. First off I got my dates wrong and instead of checking in at 3pm I landed the next day at 2am. The owner insisted she waits for me, I said I could wait until next day but waited on the balcony for me until 3am. Gave me the keys and was super, i dont speak georgian or russian but english was fine. The WIFI is great, everything is cleaned, got everything you need for even a long stay. The location is right bang in the centre of old town next to the main square. The house is old and quite historical but inside it's fine along with a nice view of the street. I could go on but I couldnt ask for a better place to stay. Once I get home will update this and upload more pictures :)"

"Owner is very kind and helpful. She will do anything so you could feel home at her place. It was very nice that we received welcoming fruits, vegetables and wine! If I am back in Tibilisi, for sure I book this place again!"

"What I loved the most was the authentic architecture of the house. Staying there truly felt like living in a traditional Georgian home, not just a place to sleep. It offered a genuine and unique experience that you simply can’t find even in a five-star hotel."

"Отдыхали в начале сентября. Хозяйка апартаментов Дали добрая, приветливая женщина. Встретила с истинным грузинским гостеприимством: фрукты и овощи с собственной дачи, вино своего приготовления, приветственная минеральная вода. В апартаментах чисто, техника (мкв, холодильник, чайник, тостер, стиральная машина) в исправном состоянии. Полный набор посуды. Отличное место для тихого семейного отдыха. Отдых и правда оказался "как у мамы". Тихая улица, без музыки и шума по ночам в пяти минутах прогулки от площади Свободы."

"Отличная хозяйка! Очень гостеприимная, щедрая. Квартира находится в отличной локации. Магазины, рестораны, салоны связи, все находится в шаговой доступности . Есть кондиционер. Есть маленькие недочёты, но думаю что скажу это лично хозяйке. Они не криминальные и вполне реально их исправить. Спасибо огромное 🙏"

"Милые гостеприимные хозяева, как будто к родственникам приехали, душевно встретили и проводили, оставили продукты и вино в холодильнике, был порошок для стирки, гели и шампуни. Просторный номер с высокими потолками, но ванная комната очень маленькая и тесная, хорошо, что мы худые :) Расположен на тихой улице, но пешком недалеко от центра. Если хотите грузинского колорита и душевности, вам сюда, но не ждите 5-звездочный отель."

"Nora is the sweet owner, who, together with her charming daughter, run this family guesthouse. I liked the authenticity of their hospitality. I was offered a pot of tea and could wash out my hiking gear. I had a comfortable room with a heating unit. I was the only guest, so I could have an early breakfast."
