"This is a really good YHA incredible location, relaxed vibes and friendly staff. Fabulous old building right on the quayside I've stayed a few times and highly recommend it. Always clean and comfortable and excellent value for money"

"The staff on duty were fantastic...my wife and myself were made to feel very welcome..The facilities were very good even though we only used the communal areas. The room and accomodation in general was excellent value for money .The room we stopped in was spacious and clean with enough storage units. Breakfast was very good and no complaints .Location was good but be aware that the YHA is situated at the bottom of a steep bank ."

"The Custom House is the near perfect location on the dock in Padstow. I stayed for two nights in a lovely big airy room watching the crowds roll in and in my oasis of calm. It was perfect to just walk out into the hustle and bustle whilst over looking the estuary. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great!"

"This was my third stay in Room 3. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. It’s warm. There’s everything you need for a weeks’ stay. Room is spacious. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. I like that there is CCTV - feels safe. Was really pleased with fridge in the room on my most recent stay. Towels are fluffy and smell clean and fresh. On a clear day you can see across Morecambe Bay to the Cumbrian coast and south Lakes."
