"Despite arriving 2 hours early, my hosts went out if there way, to greet me, and make sure i wasn't waiting to long outside. This is my third visit to the hotel, and i wasn't disappointted. i was put in room 10, and was very happy with my room. It was very homely , and i settled in very quickly. As i was already familier with the area, i brought a few things, from the local co-op shop, and took a stroll into town, which is 20 minutes walk away from the hotel. Despite being near to a busy road, i never heard any loud noisy, either from the high street, or from other residents, in the hotel. After a great night sleep, the hosts had a wonderful selectioin for breakfast, even making a freshly made breakfast to order."

"Attractively decorated room with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. And location was perfect for what we wanted - walk from the beach and free parking."

"The property is situated about a 20minute walk from the centre. The room we stayed in was lovely and the en suite bathroom was gorgeous too. The host was really friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order. Very comfortable, exceptionally clean B&B that has everything you want. I would recommend and I would stay again."

"It’s on a main road and our bedroom was at the front of the property. As it was February the windows were closed and as the house is set back from the road the traffic didn’t disturb us. It might in summer with windows open. This is being very picky. I would recommend and I would stay again."

"This hotel is in all respects top class. Owners and staff are thoroughly professional and welcoming. nothing is too much trouble for them just ask. Decorated to a very high standard. Bedroom was extremely comfortable with a lot of nice touches provided i.e. Chocolates daily , bottled water every day, hot drinks tray refilled daily. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and warm all the time. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. I could carry on but just say I was extremely impressed and highly recommend the Ballincourt Hotel."
