"Everything was amazing!! The hosts were exceptionally friendly and caring. They shared nice stories with us while we enjoyed amazing home made apple cakes for breakfast. If you want to experience authentic France, you should definitely stay in Vila Herbert."

"We really enjoyed our stay and having the opportunity to put the world to rights, chatting with our lovely hosts, M and Mme Pottier. Charming period property ideally located close to the seafront and for a stroll along the promenade into St Malo. Breakfast was superb with homemade jams and cake. The room was large with a double aspect and private being on the top floor of the house. The bed was very comfortable. An added bonus was being able to park the car off road so we could just spend the day exploring on foot. Many thanks."

"A lovely old style house with a beautiful cosy, lived in feel about it. Colette and Guy were excellent hosts. Kind and generous in every way. They were even prepared to take us to the SNCF station at 06.45 for our early train to Paris. They also prepared a picnic breakfast for us to eat en route. Altogether a splendid stay. Thank you for making us so welcome."

"We enjoyed our stay a lot at Villa Hébert. From the very start as we approached the entrance we were welcomed. The breakfast was superb, and we felt like we were family friends as we were staying in the same home. It was a great experience for us, we definitely will visit again."

"The hosts here are kind and lovely. They do everything to make you welcome and the position of the B & B is ideal for anyone who wants to visit St Malo. It is situated a comfortable 20 minute walk away from the beautiful, walled old town of St Malo along the gorgeous beach or flat promenade. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, situated on the 2nd floor with its own TV (should you feel the need) and bathroom. We were served with a Continental style breakfast which was arranged for a time to suit us (thank you for the lovely homemade apple tart!) We loved our visit to Villa Hebert and St Malo and thank the hosts for their kindness"

"An unusual place to stay - right at the top of a traditional belle epoque house run by a mature couple. Very comfortable and quiet. Parking space for a small car. Several good restaurants nearby - some associated with hotels. 30 minutes walk into San Malo centre. Dinard has a lovely coastal path - beware of losing your hat when rounding certain points when the wind blows! Dinan is well worth a full day visit."

"It’s a very busy truck stop/restaurant/hotel so don’t expect airs and graces. Accommodated my poor French. They do a menu of the day for dinner with several choices which is good value. Breakfast was an extra but worth the few euros extra, typically French and very fresh and welcome."

"The location was perfect for us to be able to explore the region. We managed to find a couple of local restaurants within a 5 minute walk (despite it being out of season and a Bank Holiday). The apartment was well equipped, warm, comfortable and spacious for two, plus our labrador. The terrace was an added bonus."
"Die Austattung und was alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden ist, ist absolut hervorragend für eine schönes ruhiges Ferien Apartment! Man kann jeden Tag kochen, Micro Welle, Ofen, Induktionsherd und sogar ein Air-Fryer, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und in einem guten Zustand, zugleich von der Materialität sehr Maritim gestrickt. Man bekommt kleine „Welcome“ Sets, zum abwaschen, für die Nespresso Maschine, als auch zum Wäsche waschen. In unserer Wohnung gab es ein Doppel Bett, und zwei Schlaf Couchen, jene waren aber mit Tür oder einem Vorhang auch trennbar falls man etwas Privatsphäre braucht. Die Unterkunft bietet nicht nur einen im Preis-Inbegriffenen Parkplatz, welcher auch gesichert und nicht öffentlich einsehbar ist, sondern auch einen schönen Garten mit einer phänomenalen Treppe, welche mit Pflanzen beschmückt ist. Zwei Strände sowie ein Natur Wanderweg rund um die Cap Küste ist beides in 5 Minuten gehzeit zu erreichen."
