"It was convenient and well located for central Clermont Ferrand. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The option of a parking space was helpful for us - not too far away from the flat. The flat was clean and well equipped, although we did not spend much time there."

"Not ideal for tall people. The head height in the bedroom was very low - we had a few bumped heads on the beams."

"The location and well furnished apartment. It is close to the main city attractions."

"Unfortunately we stayed in Clermont during a heat wave, so the apartment was warm. But the landlord was very helpful and brought a fan and a portable AC, so it was more bearable. Thanks again for his efforts."

"Posizione centrale , parcheggio privato disponibile a 5 minuti a piedi ."

"Zona molto rumorosa la notte , nel weekend la movida parte dopo le 22.30 e finisce alle 4 o addirittura alle 6 del mattino . Non dipende dal proprietario, che informa in anticipo e fa il possibile per ridurre i disagi"

"Het is belangrijk om EXACT de instructies op te volgen die je krijgt. Wij eigenwijze Nederlanders denken het altijd beter te weten (ik dus), maar zoal het in het bericht staat klopt het gewoon. Doorrijden tot einde parkeerplaats, koffers eruit. Links van je op de middelste deurbel, naar boven, sleutel met code en dan de rode deur openen!"

"Het was erg warm, hoewel de eigenaar wel zijn best had gedaan met een mobiele airco en een ventilator, kreeg die het appartement niet afgekoeld. Een echte airco installatie zou het geheel nog prettiger maken."

"J’ai eu froid. Un seul radiateur à l’entrée du logement, pour éviter le froid montant des escaliers, ne réchauffe pas là chambre. Les 2 autres radiateurs ne fonctionnent pas, celui de la chambre est hs"

"Le propriétaire est juste super ! Il vous envoie un message avec toutes les informations nécessaires à l’hébergement mais plus encore, toutes les informations liées à la ville. J’ai beaucoup appréciée. Il est hyper réactif, disponible, consciencieux. Il m’a accompagné par appel téléphonique jusqu’a l’entrée dans l’appartement. L’appartement est top! A peine entrée, on a cette odeur de propreté rassurante. C’etait super, je vous souhaite bonne continuation dans votre activité."

"Indépendamment du propriétaire biensur... trop trop de bruit. En ayant réservé à la dernière minute j’avais pas prévu les boules quies. Clairement il en faut. C’etait un mercredi donc pas en week end et c’etait infernal Petite suggestion: pourquoi pas en proposer 😊"

"La Fermette was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning. The perfect accomodation for families, with so many games and things to do, and cosy comfort for the evenings. The rooms were very comfortable and everything you could possibly need was available. We even woke up on multiple mornings to a family of a type of beaver eating on the riverbank just across the river, which was a beautiful start to each day. The restaurants in the village were superb, and well accommodating to the children's tastes, and there was far more to do locally than we had time to fit in. We can't wait to return! thanks Paul and Claire (and family)"
