"The location was excellent. Easy access to the airport tram, close to the beach and train station, plenty of grocery shops nearby, and restaurants to suit every taste. Communication with Elise was excellent and the made the whole arrival process very straightforward."

"Something which may seem trivial. Most of the plates were badly cracked and seem to have been for some time. I would have thrown them out if they were in my own home."

"Spacious, plenty of seating so we could sit in a group and not just all on one long sofa. Beds very comfortable and all slept well."

"The shower tray in the small bathroom was loose and we ended up with a lot of water on the floor."

"Accommodation was great, spacious and comfortable, well equipped, lift made it all easy. Excellent location, close to shops and supermarkets. Approx half way between beach and railway station. Restaurants and cafes on the doorstep."

"Plumbing was a bit odd, some taps not running much water and bath drain gurgled when toilet was flushed."

"From start to finish we had a great stay in The Queen… The check in was easy and we were given lots of information and recommendations… The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. We were there for the end of The Tour de France 24. We were on the 4th floor but we had a very welcome lift ! The air conditioning was a gift as the temperatures outside were high."
