"All was very good. Studio was very clean and tidy. Location pefefect. Worth of money paid for it. Would recommend it for sure."

"After booking has been confirmed property has been contacted by sending a message, but no respond received. It would be great to have respond on messages. Otherwise all was very good."

"Very helpful staff. Quick to respond to our few requests. Apartment spacious enough to unpack for our 3 night stay. A/C invaluable as the temperature hit 30 degrees outside. It was very efficient and not too loud to sleep with it operating. Loved the big drawers under the sink for toiletries. Great shower pressure. Kitchen very compact, but had everything we needed. Induction hob easy to operate and good fridge. Again it was small but held everything we needed. Perfect little coffee machine. Very handy to have a table top to eat from too. Nice bar area. Small pool with comfortable sun beds a real bonus for us. Parking on site brilliant Bus stop to get to centre of Cognac right outside"

"Dining room a little soulless- we didn’t eat in it, as changed our minds after seeing it. We didn’t know the bar and restaurant would be closed on the Saturday night due to a wedding. We were going to use the bar and try the restaurant as we’d had such a busy day and wanted to relax on site."

"Brigitte’s place is wonderful. In a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by trees. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern and high quality. The bed was large and super comfy. The shower was great. And our deck was perfect for eating outside and enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine."

"Great accomodation, great location and a great welcome. Short stroll to the centre and in a very tranquil setting. The house is full of character and very cozy on a September evening, I slept very well. There are good walks which my dog enjoyed. Very well equipped kitchen. I will definitely be back, this place is not to be missed!"

"Perfect base for exploring Saint-Malo and the surrounding area. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy on-street parking right outside. It was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the apartment was spacious, and being right next to a supermarket was super convenient. There was also plenty of free parking nearby. Great value for money, too. There were three of us, and we all slept really well after long days of travelling and sightseeing. The host was very friendly and helpful, with excellent communication before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"La maison est accueillante, très fonctionnelle, et très bien placée. Les hôtes sont disponibles, réactifs et arrangeants. Gruissan est une ville très agréable en cette saison et il y a beaucoup de choses très différentes à voire et à faire aux alentours. Nous nous sommes retrouvés en famille à cet endroit equidistant pour tous et avons passé un weekend de Pâques ensoleillé très agréable."
