"I stayed for 3 nights in this property and I was satisfied with my experience as it was hygiene and well equipped to a point I managed to prepare breakfast! The studio isn’t far from Laplace where you can catch RER B train that will take you to multiple destinations and there is a large shopping centre La Vache Noire where you can find places to dine and shop. I have to also say that the instructions that was sent to me were clear and the TV and WiFi facilities were good as well."

"Apartment was very comfortable and spacious for 2. Kitchen and bathroom are new and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and RER and metro trains with direct line to the CDG airport and Paris city centre. Check in information was helpful and clear."

"Central heating was very hot and couldn't be adjusted. Access to a fan would have made the temperature more comfortable. It would be useful to have instructions on how to use the washing machine/ dryer."

"We stayed for 3 nights, but it would be comfortable to spend even couple weeks in Studio Marin. We didn't use most of the appliances, bit there is everything one could possibly need. Located in a nice, clean area, 15 minutes walk to metro."

"It is in a very safe and quiet area, quite comfortable bed. A shopping mall is a minute walk away. I recomend Backstage rock club in the vicinity and Le Titi bistrot for lunch."

"It has no aircondition, and staying during the heat wave in Paris was a bit challenging. The main downside I would say is the sink in the bathroom, which fills up quickly and drains really slow, sometimes it took hours to drain and we had to wash our hands in the kitchen, after using toilet. The problem was already mentioned in previous reviews, and it still hasn't been resolved. The kitchen had no detergent for the dishes nor tabs for a dishwasher, so you have to bring your own, if you want to use the dishes more than once. As I said, the area is very nice, but public transport, at least the one that takes you to the main Paris attractions is not so close, it is aprox. 13 min walk to the RER train station, which is the main connection to the rest of the city - so check that out before planing your stay, and make sure you will have the tickets that cover RER."

"Studio impeccable, il n'y a rien à redire sur le logement. Il y a même le choix entre 2 cafetières, dont une traditionnelle à filtre que je trouve bien plus pratique."
