"The flat was clean and well equipped. It is well located close to the beach of Mandelieu and not too far from Cannes. There is private parking available and the property is situated in a gated community."

"Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! ★★★★★ We had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment! Sandrine, the host, was absolutely lovely – her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she provided great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt like a real home from home. It had everything we needed and more – the amenities were excellent, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the warm days. The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Transport links are also very convenient – it was easy to get to Cannes, Nice, the beach, and the airport. All in all, a perfect base for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevole presso Studio Mandelieu. L’appartamento è piccolo ma ben organizzato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa: angolo cottura attrezzato, aria condizionata, lavatrice e altre comodità. La posizione è ideale: in pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge la spiaggia. Il parcheggio sotto casa è stato comodissimo. Bellissimo anche il parco in cui è immersa la struttura. Un grazie speciale anche all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile"

"La propriétaire est aux petits soins, les équipement fabuleux (il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le studio), l'emplacement génial avec trois piscines, proche d'une rivière avec sentier aménagé jusqu'à la mer. L'ambiance générale y est sympathique. Nous recommandons chaleureusement, bravo"

"Nous avons tout aimé l’établissement la résidence les alentours et surtout un studio hyper bien équipé il ne manquait rien j’usqu’au plateau de bien venue et l’hôte Sandrine une dame extraordinaire sympathique souriante nous recommandons cet endroit et comptons y revenir avec plaisir merci beaucoup chère Sandrine nous avons tout aimé chez vous à très bientôt cordialement. "Sandrine es muy amable y nuestra estancia estuvo genial. El apartamento es pequeño pero muy completo. Tiene lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, tostadera, cafetera, hervidor de agua, horno, microondas, nevera, aire condicionado, plancha de ropa. De cortesía nos han dejado una botella de vino fresquita en la nevera, a parte de crackers, macarrones, salsa tomate, capsulas de café, infusiones. El apartamento está en la 1a planta de una comunidad de vecinos bastante grande y cuenta con parking privado (exterior) y 3 piscinas (aunque solo 1 estaba abierta por ser inicio de junio). Super recomendable!"
