"I didn't purchase breakfast - it was clean, comfortable and effective"
"check in was bizarre - had a electronic system that didn't recognise my booking code. Had to phone them to find that my keycard had been left in a drawer for me to collect - but no message in advance to that effect. No kettle in room"

Not sure if I misread the booking but the other places booked have been all in price wise apart from city tax which is very little. I was still happy with my overall deal. "This is two star hotel and is excellent value for money. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. It is located about a 1 km from the citadelle. A good base from which to visit the Verdun battle sites from WWI. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good for a 2 star hotel."

"Easy parking, 24h check in. Staff ok. Just outside Belfort, 20 minutes walk to the city centre, a few minutes by car. Room was ok, decent size. Also plenty of restaurant in a couple of minutes walk."
