"Location is outstanding, we came back here partly because of the views. The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. We love the charcuterie there. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection. Our room was clean, a proper shower, not a bath and the bed was comfortable. Balcony had amazing views."

"My only very slight negative was they did not do gluten free bread or beer! This would of made the stay a perfect 10/10 I did take my own bread to have with my breakfast and I wonder if I had pre warned them they might have got some. Not sure!"

"We love the breakfast everything was fresh. And the resort itself it's beautiful. And also the staff are so kind, specially the receptionist when we arrive she guide us through our room."

"Beautiful hotel in stunning location, exterior view is amazing. Staff were the best. Common areas are great. Rooms could do with slight up date but that is the only slight criticism."

"If I had to be negative I would suggest that the hedge on the lower floor is cut down a little as the stunning view isn’t available from the rooms balcony."

"Lovely apartment within the resort that meant we had both the benefits of self-catering as well as the amenities of the resort including outside space for a drink/ breakfast etc. Very well located for hiking straight from the door of the hotel."

"A very peaceful location, with stunning views. Well equipped apartment."

"The location was great in-between the Mountains with great view and scenic location. Had free parking which was great. The Hotel was located in-between Mont-Dore and Super-Besse which made it easy for us to drive to both these places. Room was well-equipped with all necessary kitchen-ware which was really helpful during our stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience"

"Breakfast had very limited and same choice of food daily. And considering we had kids, it was not worth to pay extra which should have been part of the package. Hope this could be improved."

"The staff at Sancy Resort were the most helpful, friendly and accommodating people I have ever stayed with. The spa absolutely amazing with a view of the mountain. The rooms are lovely and have every for self catering if you want it."
