"Everything was perfect. Very comfortable, clean apartment with everything you need (including a washing machine with dryer). Transport stations (subway, bus) and supermarkets nearby. The host (Bogdan) was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed."

"The host was always accessible and always with sympathy, even doesn't speaking a word in English. He gave us tips about groceries and bakeries nearby. Nice view from the Eiffel tower from the street!"

"The cleanliness from the sofas and behind beds should be observed. Just missing a good knife at kitchen to cut cheese and prepare meat."

"We are a couple with a 14 year old granddaughter and stayed here for 5 nights in April and our host Jean was very helpful and provided prompt replies to any queries. His provision of a bottle of champagne was a very welcome addition! The apartment had two good sized bedrooms and the kitchen had a microwave, full sized stove/oven/refrigerator. The bathroom had a shower over the bath tub, two hand basins and a sauna which we didn’t use! The washing machine (+Drier) was a welcome addition. The flat was located on the first floor with a lift in a private building. The flat was centrally located in a residential area of the 15th Arrondissement, with buses in the street, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, taxis were easily accessible and prompt when ordered. We enjoyed our stay here and found the flat to be very comfortable."

"What a fantastic stay in Paris! We were close to everything all the sites bustop right outside metro 2 Mins walk. Eats in the next street, with a monoprix supermarket close. Apartment was spacious and well equipped for our family of 4 with 2 large rooms and two sofa beds in the living room. The sauna was a great touch. Kitchen was well equipped with the all important coffee machine! Thank you Jean for your hospitality and being an exceptional kind host. We recommend anyone in Paris to try and stay here its the best place. Close enough to everything."

"Very good location, about 25 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a good neighbourhood with shops and restaurants close by.The flat is nice and spacious, sauna working well and the projector screen a big hit with the family. Kitchen very well equipped, comfortable beds, very nice friendly owner."

"The sleep distribution, the decoration, toilet and bath very comfortable for a large group (family of 4 adults and 2 kids). Kitchen with all the supplies and more. And unbeatable location, walking distance from eiffel tower (25min) and metro in 3 min. Additionally the communication with the host was great before arrival! Thank you for everything!!"
