"We loved Petit Garros and stayed longer than originally intended because we felt so comfortable and welcomed. Jean is a treat, charming and a great host. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed using the guest lounge. We will definitely return when we are in the area another time."

"The property is lovely. Old and nicely maintained and beautifullly decorated. The pool overlooking the fields was a surprising but welcome addition in the summer heat. We also opted for dinner at home on the day of arrival. Jean Charles and his wife prepared us (a family of 4) a lovely 3 course dinner that we will never forget, especially the pannacotta. We will come back!"

"We loved the building, it’s full of character. The rooms are tastefully decorated & comfortable. The setting on the banks of the Dordogne was peaceful & beautiful. The owner Jean-Charles was so helpful. As the property is a bit remote so we emailed ahead for restaurant recommendations, which were returned promptly. That was a big help as we arrived quite late."

"Jean Paul is amazing as a host - we could not have enjoyed our stay more. The hotel and the location is superb and we intend to return. We stayed because of the reviews and we join the other guests who loved both Jean Paul and the ambience of the hotel and surroundings. Just immaculate in every way!"

"It is almost you are staying in a very tasteful museum and every room is full of surprises. That combined with the modern amenities makes it a very special place. The best however is Jean Charles the host. He makes you feel at home immediately with his friendly nature and great sense of humour. He also is very helpful in finding restaurants of wine tasting ideas in the area. I would recommend this place to everybody who likes to explore the st. Emilion and pomerol areas. I would definitely return here"

"Such a beautiful house, inside and out. Located in a very calm and relaxing area. Wasn't aware this property also had a pool overlooking the vineyards(!!). The host was also super sweet and accommodating."

"The cleanest apartment I ever stayed. Location perfect only 5 minutes on foot to Avenue de Champagne. Parking on the street just in front of the apartment for short period of time but there’s a private parking close enough and you can pay for the week with discount. The host was super helpful, I forgot some documents including my driving licence and bank card in the apartment and I didn’t even notice it but they messaged me when I was already back in the uk. They were kind enough to post it for my which I appreciate greatly. I will stay there again when I’m back to Epernay. Thank you very much for your help and hospitality."

"Another fabulous stay at Chalet Minouche - it’s a home from home. Great amenities, comfortable and spacious. The location is brilliant, beautiful views and helpful hosts (Chamonix Homes). The hot tub really helps after a day’s skiing. We will return!"

"Small, compact apartment equipped with everything needed for a holiday stay. Heating is provided by two electric radiators—one in the main living area and one in the shower room. Sleeping arrangements include one double pull-out sofa and two bunk beds, offering adequate comfort after a full day of skiing. The kitchen area is fully equipped for cooking and includes a coffee filter machine, a KRUPS coffee machine (which was not functioning properly during our stay), a toaster, and an electric kettle. A ski locker is available on the first flight of stairs from the car park area. The car park is secured by a remote-controlled barrier and is conveniently located directly in front of the access stairs, making loading and unloading luggage easy."
