"We really enjoyed our stay at the Notre Dame apartment. We arrived by train to Cannes, and just 10 minutes later, we were inside the apartment. The instructions for picking up the keys were detailed and foolproof. The host even provided the best walking itinerary from the station — it took no more than 5 minutes. The studio felt spacious for the two of us. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is perfect: close to restaurants, the public beach, and the Croisette promenade. We were visiting a private beach near the port, which was about a 10–12 minute walk away. The grocery store is also just 3–4 minutes away. Overall, the location meets everyone’s needs. We didn’t use the kitchen, but from what I saw, it was well-equipped with everything you might need — including a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules."

"If you’re arriving by car, it may be difficult to find parking nearby. The studio is located on the second floor, and the staircase is quite narrow; which could be challenging for those with reduced mobility, large luggage, or strollers."
