"The hotel is in a great location and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the suite on floor 5 and it was spacious, clean and the bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. Plenty of soft white towels and the toiletries were nice. There was a small kitchen area and a fridge which would have been helpful if we’d stayed more than one night."

"We had a great stay and it wasn’t a huge problem for us and we got by but the coffee machine was tricky to use and the pods kept squishing in the machine. There wasn’t a kettle so had to use the coffee machine for hot water, which wasn’t really hot enough for tea and it kept leaking (and was super noisy)."

"I couldnt fault anything. The room was clean, the beds were so comfortable and the room was ready when we checked in at 10am. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Location wise it was perfect for us and we walked every day to see the sights. Hotel was close walking distance to Arc De Triomphe and Champs Elysees but not too far from Eiffel Tower."

"The bathtub/shower for a 76 year old woman was scary to enter and exit. A shower alone would be preferable."

"Very comfortable hotel near the Arc de Triomphe. Staff were so incredibly friendly. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. Super easy to get to the metro station, and the walk back from the Eiffel Tower was also really easy. Lots of restaurants close by as well."

"Breakfast wasn't the best, I paid for it but only ate it one morning - the eggs were quite runny and there wasn't a lot of options, but it was fine for what it was."

"It's a great place to stay. It is a 3-minute walk to the Champs Elysees,you are right in the centre of Paris. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nice. We didn't have breakfast there, so we can not comment on that. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel."
