"Plenty of space (3 floors with many beds, winter garden, green territory for little kids to spend some time). Apartment is very well equipped - fridge, teapot, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and so on. Botanic garden is not far away and worth to visit. Parking was available next to the door and free of charge."
"A little bit far away from the city centre, but walking is not necessary a bad thing :) Only one toilet is available is on the second floor (might be an issue for a bigger company)."

"Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hat gleich ihre Mutter geschickt, als wir nach der Heizung gefragt hat. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Metrobus in die City um die Ecke. Bad kürzlich neu renoviert."

"Veľmi pekný apartmán. Ocenili sme parkovanie rovno pred domom na ulici. Vždy sme mali rovno pred dverami miesto na zaparkovanie. Ulica nie je rušná. Veľmi pekné je sedenie v zimnej záhrade. Obývacia izba je dosť malá, ale ani sme ju nevyužili, lebo sme sedávali v zimnej záhrade. Do mesta sme to mali zhruba pol hodinu na pešo. Pobyt sme si naozaj užili. Ďakujeme"

"L'appartamento è perfetto, disposto su due piani, al piano terra c'è il bagno con una doccia fantastica e un lavandino, la cucina completa di tutto, un salotto dove riposare, una veranda bellissima (con tavolo per poter mangiare) che si apre su un giardino. Al primo piano una stanza matrimoniale, una singola e un piccolo bagno con finestra fornito di un piccolo lavandino e il water. Al secondo piano una camera matrimoniale Il centro di Rouen è facilmente raggiungibile camminando 10 min per arrivare alla fermata metro o autobus Supermercato a 300m La via è tranquilla Pulizia perfetta Parcheggio gratuito davanti casa Consigliatissimo per gruppi di amici e coppie Grazie per la vacanza fantastica"

"We really relaxed in this accommodation. A pleasant couple, always willing to help, and their lifestyle was transferred to this accommodation. Pleasant family atmosphere. In the rooms there are old gramophones from the 70s and records from this period. An indescribable experience. But if you are looking for a TV, forget it. That is the biggest advantage."

"Rooms were large, clean, well furnished, comfortable and had air con. The hosts were friendly and welcoming; even though we did not arrive until around midnight, they were there to greet us and show us the rooms. The breakfast was included and was excellent and set us all up for the day ahead. I would return without hesitation."
