"I just love the atmosphere here, inside and out. The food is fabulous, the outside terrace perfect, the hostess marvelous, the room comfortable. I have stayed here before and will stay again. It’s not over the top but certainly an excellent price for what one receives, beautifully situated at the beginning of Tournus. Tournus is a real gem, the most perfect place to break up a drive and eat well."

"The location is within a short walk of the centre of Tornus. The hotel is staffed with very pleasant and helpful people and is CNN lean and tidy. The room was comfortable and well thought out. There was private parking and accepted my pet dog for a fee. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the confiture made on the premises was excellent."

"nice and quiet location. The house is big, it has two separate spaces, the kitchen and the living room upstairs which makes it perfect for two families to stay together. In the area there are nice hikes, and about 30 min drive to Gerardmer for skiing. The hosts are super friendly. Various supermarkets at 3 minutes drive."

"We had a wonderful stay at La Masquière! We were walking along the Canal du Midi and had walked 21km by the time we got to the bed and breakfast so we were tired. It was a pleasure to arrive and be shown such a lovely big room with comfortable bed. As we were on foot, we didn't really have a plan for what to do for dinner. Our hosts, Catherine and her husband, helped us by dropping us off and picking us up from a very good local restaurant. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was delicious too! I would definitely stay here again!"
