"Apartamentul este decorat foarte frumos cu piese de mobilier standard dar si cu elemente vechi, foarte bine pastrate. Iti lasa impresia ca esti acasa. Locatia este imbatabila, chiar Intra Muros, ai totul in momentul in care cobori: cafenele, magazine, patiserii si foarte aproape un supermarket si farmacie. Proprietarul este amabil, ne a asteptat si ne a ajutat cu bagajele (cladirea nu are lift dar proprietatea este la etajul 1). Am gasit in apartament, o lista cu toate informatiile necesare, inclusiv sfaturi legate de locurile in care sa mancam si ce am putea vizita. Toate ne-au fost de folos! Daca revenim, cu siguranta tot aici ne vom caza!"

"A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Gildas met us at the apartment and gave a us warm welcome and great information. It is a short and easy 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal so ideal if travelling by ferry as a foot passenger. The location is in the heart of St Malo, very close to plenty of places to eat and things to see. Highly recommended!"

"The location is very central, and you can book daily excursions from the information centre, at the entrance to Intra Muros The apartment is very well stocked, with everything you may need. It is spacious, clean, modern and just super. The host was availale on whatsapp, and provided great suggestions for eating, outings etc."

"If you’ve been to st malo with a family (and probably as a couple too!) you’ll probably have been to have ice creams at Sanchez, which is positioned in the same square. This property is perfectly positioned to feel the nice friendly buzz of a vibrant part of a beautiful town. If you want to be quiet and peaceful then it’s not quite the place for you. But if you’ve been to st malo before and want to stay by the friendly atmosphere, people watch (from a height). When we stayed there (2 nights in august 2024) there was a busker outside with a beautiful voice singing their original material, followed by a jazz trio singing and playing some jazz classics."

"Great location, fully equipped and functional property (all matching the description), thoughtful amenities. The landlord Gildas is kind, welcoming and responsive. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet, yet spoiled with plenty of shops and services."

"As side sleepers we found it somewhat challenging to adapt to the foam mattress. The beds are comfortable and perfectly in order otherwise - this really is a matter of personal preference. A simple solution was to double the pillows, which we did by using the pair on the second bedroom."
