Malown se află în centrul orașului Paris, la 350 de metri de Place de Madeleine și la 450 de metri de Opera Garnier. Toate dormitoarele sunt deservite de lift și includ aparat de cafea Nespresso. Fiecare cameră cu aer condiționat are un amenajare simplu cu nuanțe calde de ocru și portocaliu ars și este dotată cu internet Wi-Fi, TV cu ecran plat și baie privată cu uscător de păr. Micul dejun este servit zilnic în zona de mese. Malown are recepție deschisă nonstop. Stația de metrou Havre-Caumartin și gara RER sunt la 300 de metri și fac legătura cu Pere Lachaise și Chatelet. Oaspeții pot ajunge ușor pe Bulevardul Haussman pentru a face cumpărături în magazine precum Galeries Lafayette, care se află la doar 650 de metri. Hostelul este la mai puțin de 10 minute de mers pe jos de Luvru.

"Locația excelenta. Paturi confortabile cu asternuturi bune. Idem, prosoapele. Cabina dusului încăpătoare și presiunea apei foarte bună. Produse de igiena Rituals. Personalul de la recepție amabil."
"Accesul către sala de mic dejun printre sacii cu gunoi. Produsele "calde" erau reci. Când un produs era epuizat, asa rămânea. Spatiile destul de mici, dar cred ca e ceva obișnuit la Paris. Pozele NU reflecta realitatea."
