"The owner was extremely helpful and nice. The room was simple but had all that was needed and very comfortable. beds were comfortable , very quiet. They allowed a dog and was very easy going. Would recommend for a stop through. The town is charming."

"Super établissement si l'on fait abstraction que c'est un ancien EPHAD avec des infrastructures restantes de cette époque. Exemple, les salles de bains immenses avec des équipements pour personne dépendante ou fragiles. Un seul bémol. Le sol de la douche lorsqu'est mouillé est ultra-glissant. En revanche, il sèche très vite et devient très sécurisé. Mais malgré ce petit reproche, le séjour a été exceptionnel. Super accueil !"

"This is a 10/10 apartment for a visit to Nantes. Everything was perfect, from the hospitality of the hostess to the excellently equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It was lovely to have a space for sitting outside too. The location is great - within easy walking distance of bus and tram stops from where you can travel all over Nantes, including the airport and railway station. There are lovely shops close by too in this picturesque neighbourhood. I honestly cannot recommend this apartment strongly enough!"
