"The host was very friendly and helped us with diner and breakfast. We had a very good conversation in the shared garden. It is a very special place because it is next to a destroyed village in the so called red zone. We were on a cycling trip along the river Meuse. This place is 10 minutes away from the main sites of the battle of Verdun.. We will certainly come back and cherise a beautifull memory."

"Family of 4 with a baby, one-night stay. The apartment is located in a quiet town which was fully destructed during the "battle of Verdun". Perfect location- less than 10 min drive- (or even walking distance) to Fort Vaux, Fort Douaumont, The Memorial... We stayed on the second floor apartment that has 2 big double-bed bedrooms. Very child friendly place: Sophie (the owner) had left a baby bed with it's linen prepared in one of the rooms. The apartment has a big south facing private garden (ie. sunny and away from the main road) Just by (30 meters away) there is a small park with swings that my older son enjoyed. Really good attention and communication with the owner at all times through WhatsApp."

"Leider hat es die ganze Zeit geregnet, was den Zugang zur Wohnung sehr ungemütlich gemacht hat. Da der Eingang zur Wohnung nicht überdacht ist, steht man immer im Nassen. Zudem gib es dort auch keine sensorgesteuerte Aussenlampe."

"Appartement vaste, confortable, TRES bien équipé et joliment décoré. Trois chambres, six couchages, grands placards. Deux salles de bain avec WC. Séjour lumineux avec vue sur le front de neige, la montagne et les pistes de ski. Canapé confortable et téléviseur. Plaque de cuisson, four et micro-onde, réfrigérateur, lave-linge et lave-vaisselle, grille-pains, deux cafetières et une bouilloire, vaisselle à profusion. jolies chaises colorées. Grand local à skis avec chaise, patères, étagères et miroir."
