"The location is excellent, right in the heart of a picturesque town. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave. The cupboard also had salt, oil, and a few spices. The bathroom includes a washing machine, and the host thoughtfully left laundry detergent capsules as well as dishwasher pods. From the living room there is a lovely balcony overlooking the river (there is also access to the river via steps from the bedroom, though we didn’t try it). The heating worked perfectly in January."

"The building entrance is dirty. Access to the apartment from the entrance is through a storage/garage area where various items are stored, which feels less pleasant and welcoming. From the living room, there is a very narrow spiral staircase leading downstairs to the bedroom. This makes the accommodation less suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or for those who need to get up at night to use the bathroom (which is on the upper floor). We chose not to bring our belongings downstairs because the staircase is extremely narrow."

"The stairs to the bedroom was a lil steep as I have a bad hip but that’s not the lady’s fault it’s the only stairs she cud put in"

"Great location for visiting Moret village and the Fontainebleau area. The apartment is very convenient. The proprietor kindly had a a cooling fan delivered to us when we had hot weather although being next to the river it was almost not necessary at night."

"Le logement est très propre, bien situé et facile d’accès. La décoration est soignée, ce qui rend le lieu chaleureux et agréable à vivre. La literie est vraiment confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Tout est pensé pour que l’on passe un bon séjour, je recommande vivement."

"Très bel appartement, très propre et bien équipé, calme et tout proche des commerces. Seul le centre-ville de Moret nous a un peu déçus car la circulation automobile le rend assez désagréable. Sinon les bords du Loing sont très jolis."

"- Facile a trouver - super emplacement - vue imprenable sur la riviere - superette, boulangerie a 2 min - appartement propre - super bien decore - avec tout ce qui faut pour une famille (capsule machine a laver, pastille lave vaisselle…) - excellente communication de la proprietaire qui s est rendue tres disponible lorsqu on en avait besoin - elle a meme amene des livres et jeux a mes enfants pour qu ils puissent s occuper quand il pleuvait"
