"Thierry and Christine welcomed us to give instructions upon arrival. Great location in Gérardmer and lovely, clean and well equiped appartment. Had a great stay with my friend to have some nice mountainbike trips. When I go back to Gérardmer I will look for this Place to stay!"

"Really well equiped appartment. as a few examples, It coffee machine with some capsules, it had capsules for the dishwasher and had even a raclette ready to use! Windows had proper shutters which is great if you go in summer."
"To say something, the beds were slightly too firm and the pillows too big for my taste. Also, the ventilation system on one of the bedrooms was broken and some cold air from the outside was leaking."

"Tout était parfait ; logement propre, literie excellente, très bien équipé. Localisation parfaite, proche du centre mais très calme. La place de parking dans le garage au sous sol est plus qu’appréciable, accès par ascenseur donc très pratique avec enfant. Notre SUV VW est y est rentré. La petite terrasse est très pratique lorsqu’on voyage avec un petit chien. Bref nous reviendrons !"

"Everything... La Grande Maison Rouge was exceptional. The whole house is beautiful and so spacious. The decor, the amenities, and even the instructions were impeccable. There was everything you need and more. I just wish we could have stayed longer. It was a 5 minute walk from the little port and beach, which was perfect . The rooms were big and the beds were comfy. The pictures do not do the house justice it really was amazing.."

"The studio is very clean and decorated nicely and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect; in the heart of a beautiful neighbourhood and very near to the old port and the city centre. A supermarket around the corner and many (halal) restaurants nearby."

"Appartement situé en front de Mer, on peut donc admirer les couchers de soleil et partir en randonnées depuis cet emplacement. Accueil de grande qualité. Propreté des lieux parfaite, qualité de l'agencement de cet appartement. Je recommande vivement et si je retourne à la Mer, ce sera là !"
"Very nice property with very pleasant hosts. Room is on the edge of town but easily walkable and there is a supermarket very nearby. We were grateful that we could check in early - as we had to arrive late morning, thinking to leave luggage - this was bonus and really helped us utilize our first day. We were able to make some nice walks in some quite pretty countryside. Although we were late for the majority of lavender fields, as the heat had forced an early harvest, the festival in Valensole was a highlight. Thanks very much."
