"Centrally located in the old part of Montargis in what is like an artists loft. Charming outlook with good facilities and access to everything you need."
"Friday night disco next door until 1pm, Saturday music was a bit quieter. The apartment is built above another that is boarded up and decaying with a regular strong odour."
"The apartment is located in the historic and picturesque centre of Montargis (see attached photos of views from kitchen window), with excellent restaurants and shops close by, easy parking in the Place de la Republique 2 just round the corner. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished, including excellent kitchen equipment and basic ingredients, a good selection of tea bags and coffee pods, and even a couple of spare toothbrushes for guests! The proprietor, Dalip - who is also a Montargis town councillor - was so helpful and generous when my wife fell seriously ill and he kindly drove us to the local hospital A&E department on Saturday evening, and insisted on coming back 4 hours later to collect us and bring us back to the apartment. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending La Perle and, especially, its generous and altruistic proprietor!"

"Zentral gelegene Wohnung, in der Altstadt, im zweiten Obergeschoss. Kostenlose, ganztägige, Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt ( Parking Pâtis), ansonsten kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten, mit einer Stunde gratisparken, ca 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, prinzipiell ist aber alles, Restaurants und Bäcker, zu fuss sehr schnell zu erreichen, einfach ideal!"

"As its name suggests this is an old property with historic stone and timber features plus furniture and tiled floors. It is roomy and fittings including the bed, bathroom, gas cooker and fridge are modern and clean. The overall ambience is of a pleasantly fitted out old farm house and the rough garden reflects the hippy atmosphere. It was a fun if somewhat rough to stay a few days."

"Great communication from the host leading up to our stay. The apartment was very spacious for a family of four. The location was ideal for the metro, bus and local shops. It was a great little neighbourhood and we felt very safe there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and we had everything we needed close at hand. You can get a good view of the Eiffel Tower if you walk about a minute up Rue de Vaugirard to Rue Cambronne."
