"The location was excellent, right on the promenade, with easy street parking. The apartment was quiet, beautifully designed and well equipped with plenty of storage and lighting. The terrace is no doubt a plus in warm weather. The hosts were kind and efficient and generous with provisions, including a complimentary bottle of cider. The Parenthèse was one of our favorite rentals. We highly recommend and would gladly return."
"The bed, although very comfortable was in an alcove, so you couldn’t walk around it, which makes access difficult for the one sleeping near the wall."
"Les hôtes très accueillants, le logement est très bien placé. Nous pouvons aller à pied au casino, rue principale, sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Le studio est au rez de chaussée avec un petit jardin et l’équipement est complet."

"Sylvie et Fréderic sont des hôtes très accueillants, ils étaient présents à notre arrivée ( ce qui est très appréciable ) Petits cadeaux de bienvenue cidre, café, coca, sucres... Appartement cosy et bien situé. Nous avons passé 6 nuits superbes , une belle parenthèse pour finir et commencer l'année en douceur. Florence et Pierrick"

"tout proche de la plage . résidence privée, calme. studio moderne, propre . les propriétaires sont adorables et pensent à tout pour agrémenter notre séjour ! boissons fraîches café sucré . c’est très appréciable ! très proche également du centre. cafetière nespresso, bouilloire, micro-ondes, plaque à induction, sèche cheveux tout y est! la petite terrasse est également très appréciable ."

"Sehr schönes Appartement, alles so, wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gut eingerichtet, so dass man nie das Gefühl hat, es sei klein. Schöne Terrasse zum draußen sitzen und Kaffee trinken. Hervorragende Lage, nur ein paar Meter zum Strand und auch das Zentrum ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieter! Willkommensgruß in Form von Cidre und anderen Getränken. Parken in der Straße problemlos möglich, ggf. tagsüber voller wegen der Strandbesucher, aber Abends immer frei."

"Great location in Mayenne. The host’s responses were always very prompt."
"Location, location, location! The metro station is right at the end of the road (about a 1–2 minute walk). On the way, there’s a good-sized supermarket, and a fantastic bakery on the main road. The street is full of independent restaurants and cafés, which we really enjoyed. Once you hop on the metro, you can reach most major Paris sights within 15 minutes. We absolutely loved the area. Nicolas, the owner, is very communicative and accommodating. A special thank you for allowing us to leave our luggage at the apartment until our flight — it made a big difference. The apartment was a little tight for five of us (two adults and three teenagers), but for a three-night stay it was more than adequate. We would definitely love to stay here again."

"On arrival, the host Adina couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. When travelling we use budget hotels and in my opinion for the price this was perfectly acceptable. There is a lot to do in the town and we had a lovely meal . The bed was very comfortable and we both had a good night's sleep. Thank you ."
