"Upon arriving we had many questions, like why only 1 review is posted, why the building looks so strange, why the area is deserted, is it a safe area, is it easy to get into town, etc. But the worries were in vain. It is a really nice apartment, the area is very calm in summer because many students live there, everywhere is very clean and green! The apartment is renovated and the owners really care about it. We had much comfort in having 3 bedrooms, parking and kitchen fully equipped. It is very easy to get into town by public transport. Please stay there if you want to visit Rouen. I recommend this apartment!"

"A lovely quiet rural location with multiple impressive chateaux within a 10km radius. The room would suit a single or couple, attached to the main house but with private facilities and access to the rear orchard and tranquil views. The reception was warm and welcoming. A short walk into shops and restaurants."
