"Good location from centre. Comfortable beds. Windows complete blackout from daylight for good sleep. Kettle and coffee/tea facilities. Good breakfast variety. Lots of lights in room when needed and USB ports and connection for laptop."
"Shower not completely hot. Air con doesn't work and when I messaged for help how to work it no one answered. Staff rude kept grabbing my phone from my hand in reception to see my booking details as I was explaining what I had booked. I told him to stop taking my phone out of my hands but he continued. So I had to step back. Not happy with that sort of behaviour. Still waiting for a redund on breakfast as only 2 of us had it not 3."
"This is a basic hotel, but it has everything you need at a good price. The member of staff was excellent. I had a noisy neighbour, so the manager moved me to a quieter room without fuss or quibbles. My French isn't great and her English wasn't strong either but she was very helpful and welcoming."
