"Most accommodating with our late check-in. Thanks. The room was warm and tidy and was clean. It had all that was needed for a comfy night. The bed was excellent. The breakfast was also very nice, we didn't book it but they were very accommodating with that too."

"One of the plug sockets didn't work. The lights in the bathroom took forever to turn on. There was a weird stain on the floor that I avoid stepping in."

"This is our 2nd stay at this great little hotel stop for an over night stay if you are travelling up to catch the euro tunnel or ferry. Lovely friendly staff who were very welcoming to us and our very timid pet Labrador. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice and the restaurant in the evening was open offering a good choice of food at a reasonable price. Lots of space and gardens outside the hotel and ground floor rooms are always a plus when traveling with your pets. Highly recommend this lovely little hotel."

"Great position close to motorway and about an hour and a half from the channel tunnel terminal. Small room but fine (and with kettle!). Hotel restaurant was extremely convenient and we had a good set meal for €20 pp. We were travelling with a cat and the hotel hotel charged €6 for her to stay - no bother about it at all."
