"Large and comfortable apartment with original features and wood floors. Very warm - despite it being January and literally freezing outside for most of our stay. Excellent location for old Lille and train station - we arrived on the Eurostar at Lille Europe and walked in easily. Quiet - and bedroom is at back not on road. Loved all the plants! Key collection from bar on corner was easy and our host was in touch to make sure we had settled in. We found Lille really interesting even in freezing rain and the people very friendly. We also visited La Piscine and La Manufacture in Roubaix which made a good short trip using the metro. The food and beer were excellent - we did not go home slimmer!"

"The studio is very cute and comfortable with all amenities needed. The balcony with table and chairs is very appreciated, especially as the studio is on the top floor. The residence is quiet and easy to find with parking nearby. The host is very nice. We booked on the spur of the moment for that very night, therefore we didn't have bed sheets and towels, but the host gave us the option to rent some, which we did."

"Perfect location. Bakeries, butcher and supermarket all within a 2 minute walk. The same with the street market on Friday. Beech is very close. 3 minutes drive. Roughly 15 minute walk. The house was very clean and the owners are a very sweet couple."

"It is beautifully decorated with spacious en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the terrace and indoor sunroom are lovely. The rock walls and floors are charming. The location is perfect!"
